Café Operations Management
Ran daily operations of a high-volume franchise café, leading a team of 15–20 and owning scheduling, inventory, vendor coordination, billing, and payroll.
Palgong Tea
Interior and visual design for a bubble-tea franchise (Whitby & York University), working with the client from concept through completion.
The Social Blend
Interior and visual design for a café space at Scarborough Town Centre, coordinating layout and finishes to meet client deadlines.

Yeon Auto Academy Chatbot
Designed the interface and data structure for a live, customer-facing chatbot — from concept to a launched product with AI-assisted development.

- Took the Yeon Auto Academy chatbot from concept to a launched, customer-facing product with AI-assisted development.

Store Manager
Aroma Espresso Bar
- Led a team of 15–20 — hiring, scheduling, training, and mentoring, including co-op students.
- Ran a high-volume café with peak daily sales around $8,000 (excluding catering).
- Completed head-office Barista and Hospitality courses, and managed staff barista testing and course attendance.
- Owned inventory forecasting and ordering, vendor coordination, and accounts payable — fire-safety systems, pest control, maintenance, and food & supply invoices.
- Managed catering orders end to end — invoicing, daily settlement, and payment processing through Wave.
- Ran biweekly payroll, including tip distribution and staff paychecks.
- Maintained corporate inspections (averaging 85+/100) and health & safety standards, and resolved defective product and food issues with head-office coordination.

About
I started in interior design, learned to run a high-volume café, and taught myself to build products with AI — three different worlds I've learned to connect.
What ties them together is coordination: getting people, details, and deadlines to line up so something real ships. A café floor, a store schedule, a product screen — I like owning the whole thing end to end.
